ReBirth Gaming

    Downloads Removed
    (Nov.1st/09)

I'm sorry to inform you that as of today, Nov.1st, all downloads are removed from the site. We are receiving so much activity and downloads that our bandwidth is going through the roof.

Rebirth Gaming will be moving to a new host in time, and the downloads will return eventually. Stay tuned and keep updated so you'll know where we move to.

After asking about it in the forums, the overwhelming response indicates to me that the fans DEFINITELY want this! (/sarcasm, the poll got 3 votes... >.>)
So here it is anyway, SSB:NES Custom is in development!
As you can see in the above screen shot, you select "Custom" from the character select screen and then are prompted with a directory load screen. From there you select your character of choice's folder in which all of the necessary files are located.

Look familiar to anyone? Yes, as a test subject I'm designing One Cut's main character, and he'll probably be packed with the game as an example character. :)

Keep updated with the progress topic:

btw, if you didn't know, your save files from previous versions of One Cut will work with this and any new versions. Just copy the "savedata.onecut" file into the same folder as the new .exe, or just put the new .exe in the same folder.

    New controls for Zombie murdering!
    (May.8th/09)

As many of you have asked for, I've finally got around to redoing all of One Occurrence's original controls to a more suitable A/S/D/W movement + Mouse aiming system. (similar to that seen in Action Shooter)

Menus are now navigated with mouse clicks, and player movement is now a choice between absolute meaning you press up, you go up. Press left, you go left. Ect... Or follow which means pressing up moves towards the direction you're facing/aiming. These new control styles allow for much more free movement, and quicker and more accurate aiming.

So why not give the new engine a try? Download it from it's page, here:
